Bank import uses a file you upload. Bilbee doesn't connect a live bank feed.
You can upload receipts and save expense records without a limit on Free. Reading a forwarded receipt email into a draft is available on Standard and Pro.
Does Bilbee save an expense without me checking it?
A forwarded receipt becomes a draft for review. Check the merchant, date, amount, GST and business use before saving it to your books.
Can I connect a live bank feed?
Not currently. Download a CSV from your bank and upload it to Bilbee, then review and match the transactions.
What happens after my 10 receipt reads on Standard?
Forwarded receipts still arrive as unread drafts with their files. You can enter the details manually, or choose Pro for unlimited receipt inbox reads.
Will this work if I'm not GST registered?
Yes. Set your GST status in Bilbee. An unregistered business records expenses without claiming GST credits.
