Does Bilbee manage bookings or routes?

No. Bilbee manages the invoices, expenses and tax records around your work. It doesn't provide a booking calendar, route planning or staff rostering.

Can I stop invoices when a regular client takes a break?

Yes. Pause the recurring template and resume it when the work starts again. Recurring invoices are drafts by default, so you can also review each one before sending.

Can clients pay by bank transfer?

Yes. Add your bank details to invoices and record payments when they arrive, or import a bank CSV and match them. Connecting your own Stripe account adds card payments; Stripe's fees are separate.

Do I need to be registered for GST?

You can use Bilbee whether or not you're registered. Set your GST status in your business settings so invoices and expenses use the right treatment for your business.
