Can I bill by the hour and by the project?

Yes. Enter fixed-price services on invoices, or use time tracking on Standard and Pro to bring recorded hours into invoice lines. You can use both for the same business.

Will a recurring invoice send automatically?

By default it becomes a draft for you to review. Pro lets you switch on auto-send for a recurring template. Scheduled sends for individual invoices also require Pro.

Does Bilbee import my calendar?

No calendar import is currently offered. On Standard and Pro, use the timer or add time directly to your timesheet.

What if I also earn a salary?

You can add other income and the tax already withheld to your tax estimate. Bilbee then estimates your position using the combined figures you enter. It remains an estimate, not tax advice.

Is this a project management tool?

Bilbee handles invoices, time, expenses and tax records. It doesn't replace a tool for project tasks, delivery milestones or team resource planning.
